Monit's install directory can't be 'monitmanager'

Description

Because the monitmanager is installed in site-packages/monitmanager it conflicts with the installation directory when it is named 'monitmanager'.

This can be solved by putting the mmsettings.py configuration file in a dedicated directory like 'config'.
